Chess, Shogi, and Go

Overview of Course

The student may choose between which game they would like to learn:

1. Chess
2. Shogi
3. Go (Japanese Variant)

For whichever game, the rules and basic tactics will be taught so that the student will be able to independently play and learn about the game further.

Delivery of Content

The theory of the rules as well as tactics will be covered using written sources, but always with a practice board that is present in all lessons.

If the student does not have a board of their own, one can be permanently procured for the student at a cost, or one can be used for each lesson's duration free of charge.
